Notting Hill Carnival

This year Jenny, Sara and I went to the Notting Hill Carnival on a Monday for some real action, compared to the Sunday which is kid's day. This year I even managed to see some of the floats and dance a bit to a couple of sound systems.

I much preferred this year's carnival but we were not as lucky with the food this time, too much of the same and not enough choice as previous years. But I did try something new, fried dumplins, similar to a donut, yummy! My mutton curry was nice but had too many bone splinters which put me off slightly. I have to go back to my favorite west indian curry place in Shepherds Bush soon!
