Chirac! Eat your words on Finnish food!

Having just come back from Finland I must say that Finnish food is among the best I've ever tasted! I'm very sad I couldn't bring back a Fish "sauna" to smoke my salmon in! In the photo you can see a little fish-smoker in metal and with a chimney.
