Argentina
Hi there, after an action-packed weekend in Brazil I moved on to Argentina today to see the Iguaçu Falls from the Argentinian perspective, I´m sure the photos will all look the same to you though! I have put all the photos on msn spaces for your perusal!
Anyway, went down to the Brazilian side of the falls with aussie John and brit Dan for a walk around. Not pleased with my camera on this one, you´ll see why, had it on the fastest speed but still just came out as white foam instead of a water fall but nevermind. We had a nice day taking photos and then went back to the hostel to see if the caipirinhas still tasted good, John´s first actually. So I went to bed at 4.30 this morning, only to get up again at the crack of dawn (they changed the clocks back 1 hr the night before so been changing time zones like mad this weekend)
I left my nice comfortable enclave with the Austrian couple Rene and Regina with a taxi coz we couldn´t be bothered to clear the border by bus. We also had to disinfect our shoes going in to Argentina coz there might be some foot and mouth here happening. hmm hope my steaks were fine!
Tonight there is a big BBQ at our hostel, probably all you can eat meat, the usual thing here. Then to bed early and up early to see the Argentinian side of the Iguazu falls. So update more later!
